Drum acquired the old coastguard site in Greenock, which extends to 3.5 acres of waterfront property, in late 2014, without the benefit of planning consent. Drum successfully secured consent for 98 units and entered a joint venture with Ogilvie Homes. After a period of demolition of the former buildings, Drum and Ogilvie have created a development with one of the finest outlooks in the West of Scotland.
