Built-to-suit UK head office for North Sea energy major.

Drum pre-let, designed and constructed a 70,000 sq ft office HQ in Aberdeen for Premier Oil (now Harbour Energy) in 2014. The Premier office sits adjacent to the main plaza at Prime Four Business Park, the Fourcourt, providing a buzzing social area for the park’s sport, social and entertainment events programme. Drum sold the building to a private investor in 2015.
