Drum Property Group Named Property Company of the Year.
Scottish Property Award Win is the Fourth in the Last Six Years, Making Drum the Most Successful Company in the Awards’ History.
Drum Property Group has once again scooped the ultimate accolade at this year’s Scottish Property Awards, winning the coveted Property Company of the Year award for the second year running.
It is the fourth time in the last six years that Drum has won the awards’ major prize, making it the most successful company in the seven-year history of the Scottish Property Awards.
More than 800 guests from across Scotland attended the event in Edinburgh on Thursday (February 20) which has now become the property industry’s largest annual celebration of commercial and public property.
The Property Company of the Year award reflects another successful year for Drum, with the group further enhancing its position as the market-leader for transformational development projects across Scotland. Drum currently has 2,500,000 sq. ft. of live development in Scotland, together with a £900 million project pipeline.
The judges’ comments reflected Drum’s continued growth during the last 12-months, and the group’s increasing impact on the commercial property sector both in Scotland and across the UK. Drum were recognised “for their pursuit of opportunity, and ability to deliver large scale projects in a variety of locations including Buchanan Wharf, one of Glasgow’s largest urban regeneration schemes.”
