Drum has acquired the former coastguard building at the West end of Greenock Esplanade.
The site extends to 3.5 acres of waterfront property with one of the finest outlooks in the West of Scotland.
A planning application for 98 luxury flats has been submitted to Inverclyde Council and a decision is expected in early January. The proposal will involve the demolition of the existing 1950’s building and work is expected to start in summer 2015.
