Premier Oil Office Complex Achieves Practical Completion.
The new office complex for Premier Oil at Drum’s Prime Four Business Park achieved practical completion at the end of July.
Following a comprehensive internal fit-out, the state-of-the art 70,000 sq ft UK North Sea base will be operational in November, with Premier Oil joining other oil majors Apache, Nexen and Transocean at Prime Four.
The De Vere Village Urban Resort hotel complex will also open at the end of the year, and will be followed at the park by OneSubsea and Statoil in 2015, further enhancing Prime Four’s reputation as a major global hub for the energy industry.
Further tenants will be announced in due course.
