Property Company of the Year Finalist.

Drum Property Group has been selected as a finalist for Property Company of the Year for the fourth year in succession at the Scottish Property Awards. A top panel of industry experts has also chosen a Drum development as finalist across three other categories at the annual event.

Lloyd’s Register HQ at Prime Four Business Park, has been short-listed for Development of the Year (Commercial) and Deal of the Year, as well as being selected to the final of the Architectural Excellence Award (Commercial Buildings) having been entered by architects Halliday Fraser Munro.

The top performing buildings and companies will be announced at the Awards in March 2018 in Glasgow, at Scottish commercial property’s biggest celebration.

Alasdair Humphery, Director at JLL and member of the judging panel delivered the news at a reception held last night at the recently completed Courtyard by Marriott at Baxters Place in Edinburgh. He commented:

“The Scottish Property Awards continues to grow and develop a high-quality awards programme which takes the decisions on finding the best in the market extremely seriously. Our independent judging panel consists of a collective of the most experienced and successful individuals in Scottish commercial property including 5 new judges this year.
