Scottish Property Awards 2015 Finalist.
Drum Property Group is a finalist in two categories at the Scottish Property Awards 2015.
Prime Four, Drum’s International-class business park, has been short-listed for Development of the Year (Commercial), whilst Drum itself is in contention of the ultimate award in Scottish commercial property – Property Company of the Year.
The top performing companies have been selected by a panel of industry experts and the winner will be announced at the Awards in March, commercial property’s biggest annual celebration.
Growing financial strength, activity, reputation and quality were used as benchmarks as the judges reviewed the industry's achievements in the last 12 months.
Drum joins a list of high profile contenders which include the best new developments in Scotland. Projects across the country have been shortlisted in 13 categories with the industry's highest achievers set to celebrate at the annual awards celebration in seven week's time at the EICC in Edinburgh.
