Solasta Riverside Wins
Drum’s new residential development at Buchanan Wharf, Solasta Riverside, was named Build-To-Rent Development of the Year at the Scottish property industry’s largest awards celebration held in Edinburgh on 23rd February.
The Scottish Property Awards, the independent competition which honours the achievements in the real estate sector announced the winners in front of 650 guests at the EICC.
With the completion of Solasta Riverside, a 324-apartment BTR complex for Legal & General, Drum fulfilled its objective of creating a dynamic new city centre district at Buchanan Wharf – a bustling live and work campus, providing a stimulating residential community for residents and a new landmark for Glasgow.
Since opening in August 2022, Solasta Riverside has been one of the fastest let BTR buildings in the UK and is now fully occupied.
