TK Maxx Opens at Buttermarket
Drum Property Group and Capital & Regional have announced the opening of an anchor TK Maxx store at the Buttermarket shopping centre in Ipswich.
TK Maxx has relocated to a larger 27,000 sq ft unit at Buttermarket, as Drum and Capital & Regional progress a £35 million redevelopment of the centre.
Drum acquired Buttermarket in a 50:50 joint venture with Capital & Regional in April 2015, and has since secured planning consent to remodel the centre, which includes a new 12 screen cinema complex, to be operated by Empire, and family dining offer.
