Drum Secures Major Pre Letting at Prime Four
CB&I Asset Solutions New Occupier of Caledonia House
Drum Property Group has secured a significant new office letting at Prime Four Business Park in Aberdeen, with CB&I's Asset Solutions business signing a 10-year lease for Caledonia House and relocating its Aberdeen operations to the award-winning park in Q4 2026. The deal was completed simultaneously with Drum's acquisition of the building, which it originally developed before selling in 2012.
CB&I Asset Solutions' long-term commitment coincides with Drum's reacquisition of Caledonia House, one of the original headquarters office buildings at Prime Four. The property is currently occupied by Apache North Sea Ltd, which will vacate the premises at the end of August 2026.
Extending to more than 103,000 sq ft, Caledonia House is a Grade A office complex designed to provide modern, flexible workspace within one of Scotland's leading business destinations. The new letting ensures a seamless transition between occupiers and reinforces Prime Four's position as a destination of choice for major energy and business services companies.
The acquisition and letting are particularly significant for Drum, with Caledonia House representing an asset the company originally developed and delivered in 2012 as part of the first phase of the Prime Four masterplan. The reacquisition, combined with the successful pre-letting of the building, represents the largest office deal in the city since 2017 and underlines Drum's long-term commitment and confidence in both Prime Four and the wider Aberdeen office market.

CB&I Asset Solutions' decision to relocate follows a comprehensive review of its existing accommodation at Bridge View in Aberdeen city centre, which identified Prime Four as offering significant advantages in both cost-effectiveness and workplace quality.
