Drum Completes Glasgow Acquisition
Drum Property Group has completed the acquisition of Progressive Residential (Minerva Street) Ltd, securing a consented residential development site adjacent to the bustling area of Finnieston in Glasgow.
Situated directly opposite the SECC and Hydro, and connected to the city centre via the Exhibition train station, the development on Minerva Street has consent for up to 189 apartments. Preparatory work on the site will begin shortly, with the first apartments available for sale in the middle of 2017.
