Drum Shortlisted for Awards.
Drum Property Group is a finalist across three categories at the Scottish Property Awards 2016.
The Grande, Drum’s city-centre regeneration project, has been short-listed for Development of the Year (Commercial); The Grande has also been selected to progress to the public vote in the Deal of the Year category; and lastly Drum is again in contention for the ultimate award in Scottish commercial property – Property Company of the Year.
The top performing companies have been selected by a panel of industry experts and the winner will be announced at the Awards in March, at commercial property’s biggest annual celebration.
The judges have selected Drum after the company ‘demonstrated an exceptional level of success in the last year with landmark deals and major achievements’.
As well as completing the first phase of a £100million development, The Grande, which will regenerate the derelict Aberdeen Seafood Park, Drum Property Group, winner of both Development of the Year and Property Company of the Year in 2015, also commenced trading with its own REIT on the London Stock Exchange in May and has since made a number of large acquisitions.
Drum joins a list of high profile contenders which include the best new developments and companies in Scotland. Projects across the country have been shortlisted with the industry's highest achievers set to celebrate at the annual awards celebration in a fortnight’s time at the City Hotel in Glasgow.
