Uddingston Retail.
Drum has submitted a planning application to develop 17,000 sq ft of retail space in Uddingston, just outside Glasgow.
Terms have been agreed with Marks and Spencer to take 11,000 sq ft with 5,000 sq ft at mezzanine level. There will be 3 additional retail units.
The site is currently zoned for mixed use residential and retail and pending planning approvals, it is anticipated that work will start on site in March 2015.
