Drum Short-listed for Estates Gazette Awards 2014.
Drum Property Group has been shortlisted for Specialist Property Company of the Year in this year’s Estates Gazette Awards.
Drum’s operations and activity continued to grow in 2013/14, with the ongoing expansion of Prime Four to over 850,000 sq ft of office, hotel and services accommodaton now occupied or under construction; the completion of an award-winning retail development for Waitrose; the first phase of a £100m city-centre regeneration project nearing completion; and the formation of a new office and Investment business based in Edinburgh.
The Drum executive team expanded to six highly experienced Directors bringing over 130 years of experience across the financing and delivery of complex land assembly, development and investment projects, greatly enhancing the strength of Drum’s management capabilities, and providing a strong team and platform for the firm’s ongoing growth.
The winner of the award will be announced on the night of Thursday 11 December at The London Hilton on Park Lane.
